Check Engine Light Result Service advisor, Sergio, was polite and accommodating and kept me informed while I waited. It was not his fault that the wrong part, oxygen sensor, wa Service advisor, Sergio, was polite and accommodating and kept me informed while I waited. It was not his fault that the wrong part, oxygen sensor, was ordered resulting in my need to come back another day. When the oxygen sensor was installed another issue was found which still didn’t clear the check engine light. A crank case leak required another part to be ordered. Sergio gave me a loaner car. I never expected my car with only 35,000 miles to need such a costly repair. More

However, upon picking up vehicle there was damage to front passenger seat. Car had been “washed” but was poorly done/rushed. A promised quote on a scratch paint job was never delivered. I’ve been trying to reach them for multiple weeks and they are unresponsive. Super poor customer service. More

Dwindling faith Overall from buying my car, to services over past 3 years I have had many mixed encounters. People have all been nice aside from original salesman who sold me the car. Retired or fired, either way a good thing for dealership. Service, people are all nice. The person who greets you when you pull car up for service are prompt and polite. The service manager (or whatever title of person that creates your service ticket and guides you through the service/repair) is nice and competent. The problems arise from more systems processes in wait times after vehicle is dropped off and loaner car availability. Biggest issue is the actual service. Takes a long time for always very basic services without any major repairs. Take your car in the morning and don’t expect it back until the late afternoon. The complimentary car wash is nice in theory, but it often leaves the car dirtier or almost no change. I was pressured into buying the highest end, most expensive prepaid service and longest extended warranty for my brand new vehicle which I do not drive much. I was told that “everything” was covered and shame on me for being duped by the obvious sale maneuver. No such thing. I just expected a “high end” dealership and car company to be better than that, but I accept my foolishness. My car which only has 18K miles has had squealing brakes for 9 months. I brought it in for a check of the problem 6 months ago and it was not even taken back for service as associate assured me it was “brake dust” no other possible option and it will go away with more driving. Of course it did not and got worse and I brought it back and after waiting 4 hours they determined my brake rotors probably need to be replaced since the brake pads and rotors are wearing unevenly. Of course no time for the “complimentary car wash” this day either as the 4 hours was all to fix nothing and just tell me something for a massive repair that is NOT included in my deluxe platinum overpriced useless extended warranty and prepaid service plan. This should be on the dealership to eat the costs of replacing the rotors and brakes since it is way too early in the lifespan of the car and I came in with the problem 6 months prior with nothing done and a misdiagnosis. I really liked my Audi up until recently I was convinced I would buy another one, but I will explore other manufactures now for sure. More

People I dealt and interacted with- Denis Kaganovich in sales, Gino in Finance, Javier the Technologist- all the 3 gentlemen were very professional, and every interaction and transaction was a pleasurable experience. There was no wasting of time, the entire purchase process took less than 2 hours from the time we entered the dealership. I will come back again to this dealership to purchase my next vehicle for sure. More
