Feedback Thank you for checking in. There were a few things that could have gone better with my visit. I was told there would not be a loaner car available for Thank you for checking in. There were a few things that could have gone better with my visit. I was told there would not be a loaner car available for me, after it was determined that I wouldn't be able to get my car back in the same day. As soon as I got into and uber and started towards my destination, I received a text stating that a car was available. I had to get out of that uber (still paying for the trip) and order a new uber back to audi. This also put me behind schedule for where I was going. I know that there's not much control over when service car become available, but I asked that morning if one was available (to avoid this very issue) but I was denied this request. Sergio stated that the cost of the uber drives would be covered, but he stated it would take 1-2 weeks for a check to be sent in the mail. When I went to go pick up the car, they found nothing to be wrong with it, which is unsettling. More importantly though, I was told that the car was "ready," and when I got there, it was next in line to be washed and would be fifteen minutes, which turned into thirty. I had an appointment that morning that I had to cancel and if I had known it would be thirty minutes, I would have told them to skip the wash. I was also told by Sergio that he couldn't locate the key to my loaner vehicle. When I pulled up the the dealership in my loaner vehicle, a gentleman approached me asking for the key immediately. He wore an Audi jacket and had an iPad (appeared to be staff) and so I handed it to him. Luckily I was able to point him out the Sergio. Overall, there were some gaps in communication that could have made the process more smooth. I'm only hoping that my feedback can improve future customer experiences. More

Great customer service I got a broken window and brought the car to Audi on short notice. I called in to get a repair quote and Ahres was very responsive and got a me detail I got a broken window and brought the car to Audi on short notice. I called in to get a repair quote and Ahres was very responsive and got a me detailed quote in 30mins. I brought the car in the same day and got a loaner car while the car was fixed The car window was replaced fine but I did notice that the metal seals around it looks a little misaligned. I brought it back the next day and John was very patient and understanding. He saw the issue and took the car back without much more questions and it was fixed perfectly this time without additional charge. John also offered suggestions on how to minimize the chances of window break in’s which I appreciate. Overall I’m very happy with the level of service I got, and the accountability and trust that things will be done fairly and right. Thank You! More
