Audi A3 2015 Navigation system is not working after visit I left my car on Jan 22 for the thermostat replacement and 45 000 miles service. When I picked up and started my car after the service, I was not able to turn on navigation, use my phone, or turn on the radio. The panel screen was stuck in initialization state, and hasn’t been working ever since. I immediately returned and demonstrated the issue. But the service advisor and the car mechanic were unhelpful and misleading, as if trying to cover up something. And they claimed that the problem with the navigation system existed before the service, which is totally incorrect. More

CPO Experience We were treated well through the whole experience just as if we were buying a new car. The car we bought is just like brand new with the 300 point inspection. Included a 1.5 year warranty and an extra key. We bought the extended warranty and care package to keep the car running and looking like new for five years. Overall a great experience and we are very happy with our purchase! More

At my own expense I got Uber to take me to the dealership to pick up my car without knowing if it would be ready because I needed transport for my work. No one responded to my texts and I received only one call back despite calling and leaving 3 messages. More

10k mile service I was left to stand in the lobby for 15 minutes until someone finally asked me if I “had a question.” I told them I was there for an appointment for s I was left to stand in the lobby for 15 minutes until someone finally asked me if I “had a question.” I told them I was there for an appointment for service and it took them another 25 minutes to get my car checked in. They did not offer me a loaner car and expressed annoyance when I asked for a Lyft. Returning for the car, I paid for my own cab and had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to check me out. Terrible experience, I expected better. More
Unprofessional and rude service staff The service individual (Duke Lee) was rude and unprofessional. When I requested to work with another individual he simply walked away and did not ensure I was being appropriately helped my another individual. As I was waiting for someone else to help me, he walked back through the service area right past me and out the door without mentioning to anyone that I was waiting to be helped. In addition I was told there were no loaners available despite having a 7:30am appointment, yet a woman waiting with me in the waiting area received a loaner. I was not told that she received the last one, I was just told there was none available without the service individual even checking or telling me it was her that received the last one and that he was sorry for the inconvenience. Instead I was told, there is none available and “what do you want me to do about it”, which is when I requested to work with someone else. Lastly, I left with unresolved questions about a tear in the clear bra on the hood of my car, as the second service individual said he would “text” the individual to see what could be done but I have yet to receive a corresponding response as to how to have the clear bra fixed, which was put on initially this past March at Palo Alto Audi. Overall, the individuals I worked with were not helpful and unprofessional. I was quite disappointed given such a fabulous experience I had when purchasing my Q7. More
