Amazing team, no pressure sales. This was my first time ever buying a car. To some people buying a car is no big deal and the cost too is no big deal, to me, it’s all a HUGE deal. I don’t make decisions easily, but I’ve always wanted a white Audi Q5 with tan interior. I’ve been looking on and off for about a year and now that my current car has stopped starting all the time, I decided it was time to finally make my purchase. Omar was amazing from the moment I reached out, keeping an eye out for what I was looking for and then letting me come back to test out interiors for over an hour of a car I wasn’t going to buy because the interior was right, but the exterior wasn’t white. I went back and forth sitting in the brown interior and tan interior forever and he just patiently waited, knowing this was a decision I needed to make for myself and wasn’t something he could sales guy his way into. I did a similar thing with another dealership who also didn’t have the white with tan interior that I wanted but they kept pushing me to the brown that I didn’t REALLY want because they had that car and it really put me off. Finally I decided on the tan interior and my husband and I were about to drive about 3 hours to go get the one we had found and Omar worked his magic and found the car I wanted nearby and then even convinced his manager to give us a better deal than we had been originally offered for the farther car. (Another dealership told me if that’s the deal they’re giving you then you should make the drive.) Omar fought for us until the end and made the whole experience really pleasant. Omar and the whole team at Audi Palo Alto (shout out to Gino too!) really came through for us and made my first car buying experience an incredibly positive one. I can’t thank them all enough. More

Did what was needed, in time allocated Palo Alto Audi gets high marks for handling my service on time and smoothly. The appt was made 3 weeks ahead. Service disappointing I brought my car in for a 95,000 mile service. That day, I didn't receive any phone calls, texts or emails regarding the status of the service as had I brought my car in for a 95,000 mile service. That day, I didn't receive any phone calls, texts or emails regarding the status of the service as had been promised. Since it was getting late in the day, I called the dealer to inquire on the status of my car. There was no phone response from the service writer or the main service department. The business card I had been given was not for the service writer that I was working with so I did not have an email address. I then called the sales department so that I could be transferred to the service department. I spoke with the service writer on the phone who said he would call me back with information. I didn't hear back from the service writer via phone but since it was the end of the day, I went to the dealer to get the information and speak with the service writer directly. I elected to only complete the service and I was told my car would be brought around. After searching and asking the service writer two times where my car was located, I was told they were looking for my car in their lot. I decided to help look for my car and was able to find it in the lot. However, the keys were not available. Personnel from the dealer could not find the keys to my car that night so I was given a loaner so I could drive home. I was told the dealer would bring my car to me the next morning when the keys were located. I did receive a call the next morning that my keys were found; an employee had accidentally taken them home. However, I was told to come and get my car. I decided it was best to go and obtain my car rather than asking to have it brought to me as promised. I returned to the dealer and my car and the keys were available. More
