We worked with Radek who struck the perfect balance between sharing features of the car while not being overly pushy. He made us feel comfortable and not rushed, which is hard to do on a busy Saturday at the end of the year. While we did experience a loooooong wait to fill out final paperwork (they were slammed that day with triple the sales volume), he checked in with us, apologized, and explained things, which is key in these cases. After we already had the car, I went back to purchase base bars for a bike rack and Radek personally assisted with the purchase and he even helped out with that installation. That’s going above and beyond your job! I’d definitely recommend this dealership and working with Radek. More

On the day I showed up (taking a day off from work) and dropped off my car, I am met at the counter and treated nicely, only then to find out that the part required for my service was not in stock anymore . . hmmmm? Shocked at how horribly lame it is that I was not notified in advance of this snafu, and was just simply blown away at the incompetence that the service would not positively be aware of this and alert me prior! And now today, an entire two months later not a single word to the parts status, arrival, or in making another appointment in order to correct this??? More
