The service was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was seamless and the loaner car was both welcome and unexpected. The work performed was as expected and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous and I would recommend this dealership for future work. More

great quick service I met with Jon regarding my service. It was a quick drop off to do mostly a 20k service plus 2 recalls. Jon explained the work that would be done and I met with Jon regarding my service. It was a quick drop off to do mostly a 20k service plus 2 recalls. Jon explained the work that would be done and walked me through the details. After about 5 mins, we were all completed from a check in perspective. He asked me if I had any other questions. He then set up my rental, and said my car would be ready later the same day. My rental was ready in another 10 mins. Later that day Jon called to say my car was ready. He was is no rush to get to me to my car but he did have someone looking to buy the rental so he needed that back. Once we were squared away, I made it back on time to return the car and pick mine up. All the work was complete, my car was hand washed and ready to go. Quick fast service. More

Not great Our very first service with Audi P.A. was for the 20K on our used A4 (which we bought from P.A.) and service forgot to rotate our tires. We do not have the quattro and tires wear unevenly anyway on all cars and need rotation. Had to take it back a second time to get that done. Both times that we returned to pick up the car at the end of the day, some young greeter asked us if we'd like a bottle of water, and said he'd place them in our car for us when he brought it around. No water, both times. Yes, insignificant, but why even bother asking if you're not going to do it? We've had issues with electronic or some kind of failure/glitching. One is that the tire sensors think there's been a loss of pressure when there isn't. Your solution was to reset the MMI which anyone can do and it doesn't address the issue. The low pressure warning came back on 5 days later. Why not check the tire pressure sensors first instead of making it so we have to drive all the way back in again? Another issue is with the radio. Your tech reprogrammed my radio stations for me instead of looking into why the system is glitching, which it is now doing again, 5 days later. The rear air vent is not working, and the service center didn't catch this. Aren't they supposed to run diagnostics on the car at every service, so that such glitches and system failures would be detected? I think your service center is missing a lot of things that we have paid for you to do. Ahres is ok to work with, but he was not there when we returned to pick up the car the first time and no one went over the details of the service with us. We also had to call him to find out if the car was ready, and it had been for some time. Reviewing the details of the service and calling us ASAP when the car is ready should both be SOP. I'd really like to see about going to a different Audi service center and would not recommend Palo Alto Audi to anyone. More

Bad experience Company has lost my trust. Brought in for engine light, they fixed and two weeks later it came on again and they said it was a completely different pr Company has lost my trust. It is a lot more likely that either they didn’t fix first problem or while doing so created the second, which a third party mechanic suggested. More
Purchased 2019 Q7 I was looking at 2018 turn ins and some new 2018 lease discounts (offered Nov'18), however inventory was slim and those I was interested in sold. After driving competitive SUVs the Q7 was the best. Andy in sales was quite helpful, and with the help of sales mgmt. He offered a very good price on 2019 with the options and color I wanted. Can't believe it, I bought it and couldn't be happier with the ride, looks, and features! More

They have a shuttle option which my service person said consider waiting as it will take little over an hour. I trusted and it took nearly two hours 15 minutes since. Also, at this point I had to go and inquire, no one bothered to check why a person is waiting for two hours in their waiting area. Truly unprofessional. Also in spite of having Audi care, they were trying to sell some extra engine polishing package for $150, seriously? Why do so have Audi care? More
