After driving competitive SUVs the Q7 was the best. Andy in sales was quite helpful, and with the help of sales mgmt. He offered a very good price on 2019 with the options and color I wanted. Can't believe it, I bought it and couldn't be happier with the ride, looks, and features! More
Took 2.5 hours for a scheduled 25k maintenance This location is bad when it comes to loner vehicles. My experience always. This time they said no Loner on weekend, which makes no sense whatsoever. They have a shuttle option which my service person said consider waiting as it will take little over an hour. I trusted and it took nearly two hours 15 minutes since. Also, at this point I had to go and inquire, no one bothered to check why a person is waiting for two hours in their waiting area. Truly unprofessional. Also in spite of having Audi care, they were trying to sell some extra engine polishing package for $150, seriously? Why do so have Audi care? More

Audi has canceled our appointments on the spot several times because they “ran out of the part” and did not have the courtesy to tell us (3 different occasions) before arriving. They say they will call back and never do. We went back and forth with appointments for months that something they should have covered was not. They said the warranty expired 4 days before & I don’t even have 15k + miles on the car yet. Terrible is all I can say! More
