I was back on my way having a brand new Q3 as a loaner. The best part of the experience was when an unexpected issue with my car required Audi to keep my car for another day, John informed me right away and made sure that I was covered. He called me another two times during the next 24 hours to keep me up to date and offered that I could keep the loaner until it was convenient for me to come and pick up my car. This is my third car that has been serviced by them and I will definitely come again. More
