At the end of the day i paid the extra they asked for and i am happy with my purchase but most likely will try other places in the future. More

Audi of Palo Alto - Service Dept Matt and the team at Audi of Palo Alto went above and beyond my expectations. i arrived after their service center was closed via a tow truck at 6:30 Matt and the team at Audi of Palo Alto went above and beyond my expectations. i arrived after their service center was closed via a tow truck at 6:30pm. I am not an exisitng customer yet Matt gave me one of their 2018 Audi A4 courtesy cars for my long drive home to Mill Valley. After we discovered they discovered the irreparable damage to the engine of my Audi A6. Matt did not pressure on me and together we filed a succesful claim with Audi of North America as the faulty fuel injector that caused all the sequential damage was under warranty . The result : a brand new engine courtesy of Audi and Matt did not even charge me for the courtesy vehicle I had over two weeks. I know where I will be going to purchase my next Audi! More

Tow truck dropped off the car during off hours. All was well My car had to be dropped off at the dealer during off hours (at 55k, my S4's coolant system fell apart). Called the next day to make sure that they got the keys in the after hour mailbox. Sure enough they did, and they were able to get me scheduled for work, along with a Lyft to come by for a loaner. Guess I had bad luck with my system falling apart - I'm actually light on the foot with my car in hopes to not have these issues. With all that said, the service itself was great. More
