Slow Service w few Updates Diagnosis took 3 days and we had to ask for the status instead of being informed. Car promised for next week but again we had to ask to find out the s Diagnosis took 3 days and we had to ask for the status instead of being informed. Car promised for next week but again we had to ask to find out the status. Car was in shop Sept 24 until Oct 13, almost 3 weeks; waiting for part to arrive from Germany. Had to keep contacting Audi to learn status. Service rep not there when we finally picked up car and bill over estimate. The rep who was there that day did his best and reduced the invoice. We are disappointed in this experience--Audi Palo Alto used to have stellar service. What is the problem? too many recalls? More
