Thank you for great service service I had to do a recall for my car Audi Q5. It took me 10 minutes to get an appointment by phone call. I was greeted promptly after arrival for service. Addib was quick to prepare all paperwork and examine my car. He prepared a full report from technician and forwarded to me am hour later. Everything was done great. Slow Service w few Updates Diagnosis took 3 days and we had to ask for the status instead of being informed. Car promised for next week but again we had to ask to find out the s Diagnosis took 3 days and we had to ask for the status instead of being informed. Car promised for next week but again we had to ask to find out the status. Car was in shop Sept 24 until Oct 13, almost 3 weeks; waiting for part to arrive from Germany. Had to keep contacting Audi to learn status. Service rep not there when we finally picked up car and bill over estimate. The rep who was there that day did his best and reduced the invoice. We are disappointed in this experience--Audi Palo Alto used to have stellar service. What is the problem? too many recalls? More
