I got a reply that it was available and I made arrangements for a test Drive on Friday September 28 at 11 AM .When I arrived at the dealership on Friday morning at 11 AM it took about a half hour to find the car on the lot for the test drive. I did the test drive and I agreed to purchase the car. We made a deal for my trade-in and the purchase price on the Audi at around 12:15pm. This was going to be a cash deal. It took a additional 2 hours to get me out of the dealership due to paperwork issues with the mileage Discrepancy paperwork on the car fax report, and having to wash the car. So, for a cash deal, I was at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours. I felt like I should have gotten some Compensation for my time and Patients, but there was none offered. More

Super Unorganized Service Center Took my car in for 45K service on a Friday. Got a call later that day that there’s another problem (leaking can shaft?) and the car may not be ready t Took my car in for 45K service on a Friday. Got a call later that day that there’s another problem (leaking can shaft?) and the car may not be ready that, but definitely ready next day, Saturday. My car wasn’t ready until next Thursday!!! I called, texted, and left many voicemails on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with absolute zero response. Had no idea what was taking so long and the status of my car service. Got a text from service center around 1pm on Wednesday that my car would be ready by 5pm that day. Called @ 4pm to see if I could pick up a little earlier. They told me my car wasn’t ready that day. Very frustrating. Finally got a call on Thursday that car was ready. More

Very bad communication with customers My car was brought in for 35,000 miles regular service on Oct 10. It was promised for 6:00 PM that same day. Around 4:30PM I called my Service Advisor My car was brought in for 35,000 miles regular service on Oct 10. It was promised for 6:00 PM that same day. Around 4:30PM I called my Service Advisor Sergio to get a status on the car so that I can come and pick it up, and left him a message. No word from him. I called again around 6:15PM, and everyone was gone, so I left a message for the Service Manager Alfred, expecting a call back the next morning. The next day, I did not receive any call back from either Sergio or Alfred, so I left a message for the General Manager in the late morning. Finally, I got a text update around 2PM that the car would be ready for pick up later that afternoon. No explanation as to why the car was not ready at the promised time or why I was never notified ahead of time that the car had to stay an extra day at the dealership. That is unacceptable. Every other dealership I ever had to deal in the past, I was always kept informed as to the status of my car, and always notified of any delays. Also, neither the Service Manager nor the General Manager returned my calls. The only positive note is that the technician who worked on my car was great (I do not know his name). He identified a problem with a vibrating noise inside the car within a few seconds of looking at it! More

Then the next day I was able to pick up my car. There was no hassle as it was ready to go and had the key waiting for me. Things I would like to change: * Earlier dealership contact regarding the car; since this was towed their unexpectedly late the previous night. * I had opted into the Wheel and Tire Protection Plan for my vehicle, but this wasn’t checked for beforehand until I mentioned it during the call after receiving a quote. I would think looking up the VIN should highlight this info automatically, and am concerned that someone forgetting they purchased this would be on the hook for costs they didn’t need to pay. More
