Ripoff and terrible customer service tldr They are ripoffs quoting insanely crazy prices and making you do repairs which are not necessary. Also be ready to wait for ages even if all their advisors are doing nothing. The terrible experience started even before I entered the dealership. I parked in one of the service center parking spots. One of their technicians rudely told me that I should have stopped at a line about 10 feet away. I informed him that I had no idea and would do it next time. Then he asked me to wait near my car. I waited for 10 mins and no one came. Finally one of the passing by advisors saw me and asked me if I was being helped. Then he quoted me 1500 for a 55k service. It seemed excessive but I agreed. The next day he called me and told me that I would need a front and rear brake pad change. When I informed him that I had got my feont brakes changed just 8k miles ago at another authorized Audi dealer, he started telling me that my driving style might be the reason. I don't know how this could have been the case since I had got 40k miles on the previous brakes. Then he mentioned that maybe his technicians only checked the outer part of the pads. Basically I could tell from his behavior that he had made up the thickness numbers. Then he quoted me 2100 to get the brakes changed (1200 for front and 800 for rear). I had got the front brake pads and rotors changed just a year ago from another authorized Audi dealer for 700$. So this quote was insane and I was not even sure if the brakes needed to be changed.
