Therefore I could not decide to wait or take a loaner car. Since i made an appointment, it should be very possible to schedule this work against the real time clock and estimate my departure time. I feel cheated The service has always been overpriced, but I had the Audi Care and thought that gave me a good deal.I bought the Audi care again and was told that it The service has always been overpriced, but I had the Audi Care and thought that gave me a good deal.I bought the Audi care again and was told that it would apply to my next two routine services. When I brought my Audi in this week for the second service on the Care, I was told that it had expired just last month!! I'm upset that I wasted the money I spent on the Audi Care and somehow thought that the service department was looking out for me. Since it had just expired, I asked if I could get a courtesy of applying the Audi Care anyway and was told no. I feel cheated and not happy to spend more money than I should have spent and not happy that I got talked into the second Audi Care program. I realize I have responsibility to watch the expiration date, but I did bring in the car for the recall last month and they looked everything over and at that time I thought we should do the service but they said I should wait a month or two for the service. This is not right and I would like a supervisor to look it over and give me some part of the money back. More
