Incredibly rude service advisor Sergio was very non communicative with respect to when the car would be ready. I had to reach out multiple times to ask for an estimate. Originally he was hesitant to give me a loner car even though I had requested one at the time of my appointment. He tried to guilt me into getting dropped off but it was good I didn’t because the car took an extra day to finish so I would have been stranded at work. When it was ready he demanded I come in right away otherwise he would charge for the loaner car even though I told him I had appointments I could not change and that I would still be returning the car within the 8 hour window of the car being ready. More

Luan was extremely knowledgeable about the car and it’s capabilities. I felt that he was receptive to my concerns and made me confident in my choice to go with the Brand New. He made negotiating easy and clear. Tony in financing was very nice and was also very good af explaining everything in a way that was not overwhelming. Lastly my experience with Anthony on how to use my new car was very pleasant. I was impressed with his knowledge on cars as well as his friendly personality. Overall great experience ! More

David sales person made me feel welcomed and gave a lot of tips and suggestions regarding the vehicle I wanted and made me want to want it more realizing things I didn't know the vehicle had that I wanted. bought 2018 Q5. the only reason its not its not 5 stars is that they should tell the person about their PIN number regarding the app to unlock vehicle and where they put the keychain regarding the vehicle info. seemed that I could reach out to David for any reason after I bought the car but after a few messages have not received a response from him so I kinda feel that after I bought the vehicle I don't feel they need to keep me happy which is a bummer since I have questions and concerns regarding my new vehicle. Car was not fixed the first time I took my 2013 Audi S4 to Audi Palo Alto in June because of an engine overheating problem. The coolant system malfunctioning warning light was on and I took my 2013 Audi S4 to Audi Palo Alto in June because of an engine overheating problem. The coolant system malfunctioning warning light was on and the temperature gauge reached red line. The cockpit displayed the message that I should stop the car and let the engine cool down. Luckily I was only a few miles from the dealer. I drove 0.5 mile at a time and stopped to let the engine cool. It took many stops to make it to the dealer. The next day I was told the problem is caused by a failed water pump and I authorized an expensive replacement of the water pump. The dealer did offer me a loaner car which is very nice. Two days later I was informed the car is fixed. I went to pick it up and drove it to a patient appointment. Less than 3 miles on my way the exact same coolant malfunction warning light was on again and the cockpit shows the same engine overheated error. I looked at the temperature gauge and indeed it reached the red line. I immediately contacted the dealer and was told to return there. Like the last time I had to make many stops, only driving less than 0.5 mile at a time and stopped to let the engine cool down. Needless to say I had to cancel the patient appointment which disrupted my next day schedule. The next day the dealer told me the root cause is a malfunctioned thermostat that requires another expensive repair. What I am dissatisfied is why am I informed the car is fixed but the exact same problem happened almost immediately after I picked up the car. I am not sure if the expensive replacement of the water pump from the first repair is actually not needed because the pump is not the problem. Granted the service advisors genuinely tried to help. Nonetheless I have reservation of the competency of the repair technicians. More

Although it was not cleaned perfectly, I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up and it was washed. Matthew also helped me to reset my back hatch to a more desirable height! Thanks! More
