Terrific Was buying accessories for my new car when the AUDI clerk asked how I like my car. I said “great,” except for a rattle when moonroof is open. Scheduled an appointment, took the service guy go a ride, and they fixed it perfectly. Gave me a loaner car too - the model that I mentioned my wife was interested in(!). The repair receipt gave me a detailed report on what they did to fix the rattle - much appreciated. Very friendly and accommodating staff. More

overall great experience with one drawback after purchase overall it was a great experience. David sales person made me feel welcomed and gave a lot of tips and suggestions regarding the vehicle I wanted and made me want to want it more realizing things I didn't know the vehicle had that I wanted. bought 2018 Q5. the only reason its not its not 5 stars is that they should tell the person about their PIN number regarding the app to unlock vehicle and where they put the keychain regarding the vehicle info. seemed that I could reach out to David for any reason after I bought the car but after a few messages have not received a response from him so I kinda feel that after I bought the vehicle I don't feel they need to keep me happy which is a bummer since I have questions and concerns regarding my new vehicle. More
