I couldn’t believe it. Then I had them check out another issue and they said parts wouldn’t arrive until the next week so would be further delayed. They left me no choice but to go to independent who magically could get the parts and have it fixed in one day at much lower cost. Guess who he bought the parts from? This dealer?! Took me hours to get a hold of Audi to tell them I would take it elsewhere and then they said they hadn’t even done the recall yet. I was floored. The only redeeming quality is they had someone quickly repair the airbag and wash the car before I picked it up after I told them how upsetting this was. You’d be nuts to bring your car here unless it is under warranty. For same parts you can have it fixed more quickly at 40% less cost from reputable independents. You’d expect better service for higher price, but it’s the opposite and they don’t care how much they incovenience you. More

When I received my car back the technician reviewed the main components and told me everything was in good condition but the tires will have to be rotated. Less than a week later my car gave me alerts; such as electrical malfunction. I immediately took the car back to the dealership and was told that my maintenance is no longer covered. The diagnostic check will cost me $200 plus. I asked if as a courtesy they can run the diagnostic especially because I got a full maintenance less than a week ago. My request was denied. My husband realized that the battery might be the cause, which he ended up replacing himself. The disappointing factor is simple; I bought into the idea of Audi, representing success ( which for me was practising cardiac surgery at Stanford). But rather thAn proving to be a luxury brand, giving the consumer some sort of loyalty, it ended up being a run of the mill dealership. Suffice it say I will not be prescribing to Audi nor this dealership. Disappointing experience. More

I didn’t even get out of the driveway and the oil sensor light was still on. Had to leave the car for a week due to part had to be ordered and once it arrived I was told the new part was defective. Then I get home and the check engine light comes on due to the air filter assembly was not tight and came loose. I recognize things happen however how would you feel. I’ll try Audi PA again and the next experience is good then no issue. More

The service technician acknowledged that I signed up for a loaner and requested a 7:30am drop off time. The dealership paid for the Uber ride but a second Uber car was called when the the first Uber driver would not drive to Union City because of a 8:30am appointment. The dealership washed my car but when I got inside there was a yellow residue on the dashboard. My car went back to the detail shop and they removed the foreign substance. They say the car wash value is $25.00 but only the exterior was clean. Everyone was nice to deal with but a frustrating experience for a simple 25k service. More

Great Service! I went to Audi Burlingame to get my recall fixed, made an appt, showed up and they didn’t have the part!!! Coming to Audi Palo Alto after the horrible service in Burlingame was a breath of fresh air. 5 stars for Addib & the team at Audi Palo Alto. I am coming here from now on. More
Terrific Was buying accessories for my new car when the AUDI clerk asked how I like my car. I said “great,” except for a rattle when moonroof is open. Scheduled an appointment, took the service guy go a ride, and they fixed it perfectly. Gave me a loaner car too - the model that I mentioned my wife was interested in(!). The repair receipt gave me a detailed report on what they did to fix the rattle - much appreciated. Very friendly and accommodating staff. More
