We always hate dealing with the paperwork and signing docs but Tony also made this speedy and easy even though we had our children with us. More

Slow/no response to issues I was overcharged for fuel use on my loaner. Raised the issue to my service rep and also responded in the fu email from Audi Palo Alto.
