Totally average I’ve had 4 Audi’s and this is the first one I’m getting serviced in California (had one in NJ and 2 in Miami). I’d says this dealership and the servic I’ve had 4 Audi’s and this is the first one I’m getting serviced in California (had one in NJ and 2 in Miami). I’d says this dealership and the service department are fine. Everyone does just enough to get the job done, but the overall care and investment in their customers is nothing compared to what I’ve experienced at other Audi dealers nationwide. I waited nearly 1 1/2 months for my oil change appointment which is ludicrous. At the end of the day, Audi Palo Alto is OK and convenient to my home, but I wouldn’t necessarily buy a vehicle from them or rush to recommend them to a friend. More

Follow up LuxCare application They got me in early and we’re finished before the time they quoted. Very friendly and efficient! There were a couple of spots that couldn’t be fixed, but they tried their best and a 2nd time as well when I pointed it out. The technician that handled the application of the LuxCare was meticulous about making sure my personal belongings were put into a plastic bag in the car, which I found after and really appreciated. Poor experience. Not recommended. I came to Audi Palo Alto for a 115k check on an A3 2009. The engine light had just started blinking the day before (not the reason I came) but the car I came to Audi Palo Alto for a 115k check on an A3 2009. The engine light had just started blinking the day before (not the reason I came) but the car was running smoothly. When the check was completed, a couple of items were highlighted for repair (rear main seal...) which I decided not to pursue since it was more expensive than at a local shop. When I started the car, the engine was making a repetitive firing noise. They said the rear main seal may be the reason for the noise and they acknowledged it may have been moved during the initial check-up. They looked into it and it's now a bit better. But then the electronics (door, windows, trunk) stopped working. The wires in the door hatch had worn down and needed to be replaced. Again they acknowledged that this may have happened during the check-up. And I had to pay to replace that. All of this took over one month. Worst experience I've had in years. More

Excessive service for routine mainenance I requested the recommended 15K mile service for my Audi Q5. I was not told that Audi Palo Alto has a 15K mile level of recommended service that is d I requested the recommended 15K mile service for my Audi Q5. I was not told that Audi Palo Alto has a 15K mile level of recommended service that is different from, and far more expensive than, that recommended by the factory. Instead of the standard factory recommended service that should have cost several hundred dollars, I was charged over $1100 (for routine checks and service, nothing wrong was found during the service). I was also never offered Audi Care, which for around $900 would have covered the first four paid routine maintenance visits. While the folks there were nice and gracious, they performed unnecessary services that ran the bill way higher than it should be. I voiced my concerns to them after the visit (after I had researched why the cost was so high), but at that point, there was not much they could do. The service advisor was empathetic, and offered Audi Care for my next three visits (with a small discount), but I am essentially out the $1100 I paid for this visit. More
