I guess that most Audi buyers are professionals so taking time off work during the week is a bit inconvenient. Offering weekend hours would be a little easier for many people. More

Matthew, my custom service associate, made the experience easy this time, he works hard for his customers, and is focused on making sure everyone is happy. His knowledge of the Audi surpasses anyone else I've met there. ***For example, I needed an all wheel drive loaner to go to the mountains, 4 mechanics just looked at the car and said it was all wheel drive vs. front wheel drive. Matthew was not confident this was accurate, he went underneath the car to check, and discovered, in fact, my loaner was front wheel drive. Had I used this car in the mountains, I could have gotten into big trouble since they would have required me to put on chains, and there were none in this car.. Thus, he immediately found me an all wheel drive loaner. His outstanding attention to detail, ability to build trust with customers, keen knowledge of the Audi cars, makes him a terrific addition to the customer service team. Please give this man a bonus!!! More
