Worst experience purchasing a car I witnessed the finance manager and sales assistant arguing perfusly in front of me - very unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable and shouldn’t have gon I witnessed the finance manager and sales assistant arguing perfusly in front of me - very unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable and shouldn’t have gone through with the purchase. I did however as it was the car we were after - but I wish I hadn’t. I didn’t feel welcomed , and the after sale was very rushed. Leaving the dealership all I had was an emailed receipt - no additional car details and I also didn’t get the opportunity to properly check out the car. I’m picking it up next Saturday and I don’t even know the registration..if I had more time I would have raised this issue with management right away, but I had already been at the dealership for nearly 4 hours and was running late. It honestly felt like I had made an insignificant disposable good purchase - not a major luxury car purchase. I will not be recommending this dealership - and would like to speak directly with the manager. More

Very frustrating experience I made an appointment because of a recall notice and was given a date six weeks out so they could ensure the parts would be there for the six hours I I made an appointment because of a recall notice and was given a date six weeks out so they could ensure the parts would be there for the six hours I was told it would take. Instead it took six days. The service rep however was terrific but the internal processes let him down. More

Hard to schedule Service and service person were great. Only concern was that it took me over 3monsths to get an appt. the first attempt took me 5 weeks to find an av Service and service person were great. Only concern was that it took me over 3monsths to get an appt. the first attempt took me 5 weeks to find an available time. I had to cancel due to biz travel and it took me another 5weeks to find an opening. When I called in the employee explained that they had only a few mechanics because they were in the process of seeking the dealership and recommended me to service my car at another dealership. Since the other dealer locations are not convenient I had to wait until the Palo Alto had an opening. More
