The service advisor was a good listener and had good eye contact. He arranged for my complimentary loaner car. I bearly had time to make my tea inside when another cheerful employee called for me to get my loaner car. I was texted when my car was ready. It had been washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. My car was in for a 15,000 mile check up so we didn’t have any major issues to deal with. More

First class service My Audi wouldn't start, so I called Audi Roadside Assistance. They had a truck out to pick up the car within 45 minutes, and had me driving away in a My Audi wouldn't start, so I called Audi Roadside Assistance. They had a truck out to pick up the car within 45 minutes, and had me driving away in a loaner vehicle 30 minutes after that. They found and verified the problem with the car, communicating with me the whole time, even asking my permission to do an extended road test. I definitely came away feeling like an MVP, and would recommend their service center to anyone. More
