Poor experience with the service department My car was being serviced at Audi Palo Alto for 2 months . I ended having to work with 4 different supervisors and a heard a multitude of excuses thro My car was being serviced at Audi Palo Alto for 2 months . I ended having to work with 4 different supervisors and a heard a multitude of excuses throughout and had to repeatedly call them to get any updates. They lack attention to detail and are very slow to followup. Twice they returned my car, and I had to immediately return to the dealership with the exact same heating issue occurring which tells me they don’t check their work. Over this period they performed 4-5 repairs, most of which ended up being unnecessary. I do appreciate their persistence. Even in the end when I picked up the car a final time I had to return to the dealership yet again because the windshield wiper was misaligned with the car, which leads me to believe they do not inspect the cars properly after repairing them and putting them back together. David the service advisor was courteous and generally responsive when I called him and he did his best given the situation, but rest of the folks, other supervisors and Audi of America did not take proper ownership and responsibility here in getting the issues resolved in a timely manner. More

My wife and I experienced excellent service from Mike low. We purchased our Audi Q5 Premium plus through the Costco program. We are very pleased. Mike introduced us to the financial manager and the servi low. We purchased our Audi Q5 Premium plus through the Costco program. We are very pleased. Mike introduced us to the financial manager and the service manager, and Mike set up an appointment with a Tech rep, Do, who explained many of the tech system’s functions and features. We never felt rushed or pressured. We also appreciated the 50% discount coupon which allowed us to purchase a rear cargo cover, license plate frames and sun shade.
