Chossing a model, test driving it a making deal for the car its financing was straightforward. The process of getting the deal closed was impossibly long and burdensome. Much of the paperwork, especally the printing of documents for signature, could have been done ahead and the customer shouldn't have to sit around for (in my case) two hours. I had bought two cars from this dealer in the past and never had such problems. I will reccomesnd this dealership because of the earlier experience and subsequent service. Otherwise not. More

Problem not resolved Mechanic failed to diagnose and fix my problem (back up camera not working) and I have to bring the car in again.
