Basic service disappointing for long wait Decided to wait for my car considering I could get some work done for a few hours. After two and a half hours I noticed my car wasn’t even taken in y Decided to wait for my car considering I could get some work done for a few hours. After two and a half hours I noticed my car wasn’t even taken in yet for service yet I was the only one in the waiting area. I was surprised more focus to servicing cars to those that wait wouldn’t be a priority. After nearly 4 hours, my car was finally done. My car didn’t need anything other than basic milestone service. The efficiency and process in the service area likely needs to be looked at for improvements to create a better experience for customers especially those that wait. If I go back, I’m dropping my car off. John Su was great in trying to make it better but the lack of good service process that is likely out of his control left a bad experience. More
