Hi, thanks for your response. Unfortunately there's not much you can do as the appointment is complete. My suggestions for the future are: 1. Fix your online booking scheduler. 2. Train your service department phone staff to know more about the appointments and how to book them. 3. Train your service advisors to communicate with customers. Customers should not have to chase down information on when their vehicle will be ready. 4. When the service advisor says a shuttle is "on the way" to the customer, it should be on the way - not leaving the dealership 30 minutes later. This is low hanging fruit. Attention and staff training will help. I hope to see changes in the future.
