Endangering my car Admittedly although I’ve been their customer for 30 years and my family has purchased vehicles through them, I did leave my car with them for a very l Admittedly although I’ve been their customer for 30 years and my family has purchased vehicles through them, I did leave my car with them for a very long period of time. They claim that work was done in July and the car was not picked up. I travel extensively and it is possible that I missed some contact. However, I was shocked when they dropped the car off at an old office of mine Without permission, when I had it safe address they could have taken it to. I no longer even work in the Bay Area or within 400 miles, but have a home there still. They left the keys with a assistant bookkeeper who they persuaded to sign a release! The situation is still pending, with the car on the curb at this time and the key was taken back to the dealership and the release void it. This is a $200,000 plus car. Finally, I have paid something between $7000 and $10,000 to have the same problem fixed, which I am told is not on warranty, namely the climate control consul. I paid to have a completely replaced in Oregon 12 to 18 months ago and the car has been very little driven since then. I paid the bill to the current dealership but I do not understand why they were not able to at least attempt to have this covered by warranty.Without permission, when I had it safe address they could have taken it to More

Eric was knowledgeable about the vehicle and options. The negotiation about pricing was friendly and very fair. The finance staff was also friendly, fair, and accommodating. I did my research in advance and I know I was given a great deal and treated well. I highly recommend Audi Palo Alto! While it shouldn’t matter, I’ll note that I’m a woman buying on her own. I was respected and treated equally during every step of the process. I share that because I have not received the same treatment at other locations. More
