Things that go thump I took my 2012 Q5 in to try and find out why I occasionally hear a thump when turning into or backing out of a parking space. The service department c I took my 2012 Q5 in to try and find out why I occasionally hear a thump when turning into or backing out of a parking space. The service department could not reproduce the issue (of course) so Johnny asked me to go on a drive with the technician to see if I could get it to happen. Of course I could not but the fact that they spent 30 minutes with me and were as intent as I was to find the problem says a lot about their staff. Each of the five times I've used Rusnak Audi service (Johnny) I experience the same level of attention and detail. It's very much appreciated! More
