My A4 has been using oil at an alarming r As always, Henry Perez is the best service in-take person you have; friendly, thorough, and very helpful. My A4 has been using oil at an alarming rate. Apparently there is under warranty and Henry walked me through the procedure - adjustment and replacement of some parts now, then a return when the car needs oil next time. I must say, I'm disappointed that the car has this problem and that I wasn't contacted by Audi concerning the problem. More

Service My service consultant was professional and courteous, but it took the whole day to service my car even though I made an appointment in advance. At the My service consultant was professional and courteous, but it took the whole day to service my car even though I made an appointment in advance. At the end of the day, they could not find any thing wrong with my car. When my service was completed, it took 15 minutes to get my car from the garage. Not the overall experience I was accustomed to. More
