We had come in twice to look at cars, and in the latter visit, we did not know that Alex wasn't scheduled to be in at work until later. However, he chose to come in early just to help us, and we appreciated that greatly. On the other hand, completely unrelated to Alex, our wait time to see the financial department was rather lengthy. I don't remember the exact amount of time we had to wait, but it was anywhere between 2-3 hours.
