I recently purchased my first, but most definitely not the last Audi from Audi of Albuquerque. Not only I am blown by the car and the beautiful state-of-the-art dealership I was also extremely pleased by the last Audi from Audi of Albuquerque. Not only I am blown by the car and the beautiful state-of-the-art dealership I was also extremely pleased by the sales experience with Dave Sierra and the Audi team. Also, huge kudos to Max Brutyn, their Delivery Specialist. He went above and beyond to demo and explain all the high tech and elegant features of our brand new Audi Q3. Thank you all. More

Nathan from the parts department deserves special recognition for going beyond the call of duty. When I needed special order parts for my Audi, he exhibited remarkable dedication and resourcefulness in locating and ordering the required components. His commitment to ensuring that my needs were met was truly impressive. Equally commendable is the service team, led by Fred, who showcased the epitome of professionalism and efficiency. I encountered a Bluetooth and navigation issue with my vehicle, and Fred and his team were quick to diagnose the problem and execute a solution. Their expertise and seamless handling of the situation were a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. What truly sets Audi Porsche of Albuquerque apart is their unwavering focus on customer care. Does not deliver on the Porsche experience! Not only did I purchase from the dealership, I custom ordered my vehicle, because they had an allotment for the vehicle I wanted to build. Nightmare, is the word that describes this experience. I escalated the issue to Porsche Corporate. The dealership left me no choice. The owner Tom would not even speak with me about the matter. I wonder if that would have been the case if a man had been his customer? HMM! Professional women, take your purchasing power elsewhere! Everyone, that loves the Porsche brand, purchase your Porsche elsewhere. Don’t take the risk with this dealership. You deserve so much better! All consumers do. I would not expect this level of incompetence and lack of integrity from any brand or dealership. Particularly when spending six figures on a car! Complete JOKE. The only thing left for me to do is to find a way to enjoy the vehicle, without reliving the issues arising from purchasing from this horrific dealership, Yes, the issues remain unresolved. Hopefully, Porsche corporate can influence the dealership to DO THE RIGHT THING….but should they have too, Tom? Did I mention they went through the motions of a vehicle reveal knowing the car was not in a condition to be delivered! Shocker! The salesman admitted he knew days before that it wasn’t in pristine delivery condition, but asked for the check anyway!!! Yes, this is a true story! WARNING: Beware of the sales staff, AND PURCHASE ELSEWHERE! You will be glad you did. Even if you have to purchase in CO or from Porsche El Paso, do it. I wish I could have ordered through Porsche El Paso. Had I known the experience of trusting Porsche ABQ would turn out like this, I would have settled for a car off the lot at Porsche El Paso. One STAR is too many. They deserve a big zero, but this site requires I give them at least one STAR. Consider this a zero STAR rating! Oh, and did I mention that John T asked me to give them all a good rating, adding how important it was to the sales team!!! Laughable! The guy couldn’t even figure out his printer issues to complete my cash sales transaction. I need to stop writing this review. It is triggering the PTSD they’ve caused me! I’m very fortunate to be able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. I recognize that. It’s too bad the quality of staff employed at this dealership does not match the Porsche brand. In the future I hope that vehicle orders and purchases like this can be completed directly with Porsche. There really is little need for the sales aspect of a dealership any longer. Porsche mechanical service, parts and expertise is appreciated. More

Never bought a car from this company in the past. My wife and I were missing out the entire time. We have nothing negative to say. Amy (sales), Dana (finance), and Branden (Delivery) were awesome. We visited two other dealerships prior to going to the Mercedes Benz of ABQ and we essentially wasted our time. We walked away as though we joined a family, not just buying a car. All were very polite, friendly, extremely helpful, and followed-up on all the small things. Remember how doing good business used to be? This dealership made the entire car buying experience the best. More
I purchased my 2022 Macan from Porsche of Albuquerque. I had the pleasure to work with MK. He was extremely helpful, nice, and even followed up with me after my purchase. Although I've never bought a car directly from Audi Porsche of Albuquerque (I live in Connecticut) I did recently purchase a 2017 Porsche Cayman. The car was sold with a CarFax History Report, which ba Porsche of Albuquerque (I live in Connecticut) I did recently purchase a 2017 Porsche Cayman. The car was sold with a CarFax History Report, which basically tells you the car was serviced, but without detail of what was done. I reached out to A-P of A and the very next day the Service Advisor, Nile Reneker, emailed me the pdf file of everything that was done during 4 service visits. I've bought plenty of cars from dealerships that once your out the door, anything you need is like pulling teeth ! To treat me like a valued customer says something about Nile and Audi Porsche of Albuquerque! More
Service Experiences A few years ago I had to move (because of two ill parents) to Durango, Colorado from Virginia, where I had purchased my brand new Q5 TDI. The Albuque A few years ago I had to move (because of two ill parents) to Durango, Colorado from Virginia, where I had purchased my brand new Q5 TDI. The Albuquerque dealership (a 3 1/2 hour drive) is the closest with next being Lakewood, CO at 7 hours away. Without going into all the past debacles with the service department and tens of hours on the road because of their errors, I'll just mention my last experience. The local independent Porsche, Audi, Mercedes repair shop here in Durango ran the diagnosis software to find out why my check engine light was on. They gave me the code, explained the specific problem and found it was a warranty issue. They suggested I call the dealership to have them do the repair. I called the dealership and got Blake. I told him the above story and gave him the fault code. He confirmed the problem and that it was a warranty issue and we set up an appointment. There is a new team every time I've gone to the dealership so I made sure to tell him about all the prior experiences where they completely screwed things up and all the hours spent on the road because of the dealership's mistakes. He assured me that they would not make the same mistake and that everything would be fine. I made the drive, starting at 4:30 am from Durango. They took the car in and after an hour or so, came back and said they didn't have the part in stock. I asked for the manager Ben. He, in a very rude fashion, said that even though they knew the issue they were not going to order "thousands of dollars in parts" ahead of time. I asked for my keys back and started 3 1/2 hour the drive home. On the drive back, I decided to call the local repair shop in Durango. They informed me that the part was $528 and they could have it the next day and install it with a total cost of around $750. When I called back to inform Ben, the service manager, that the part was $528 not "thousands of dollars", they put me on hold for almost exactly one hour, then hung up on me without saying anything. I'm out $750 for a warranty issue as well as having to lose a day of work and around 8 hours on the road. This dealership should have their service license revoked. I do not think Audi, after all the trouble they've had with the clean diesel scandals (including my car), wants to continue to have their reputation tarnished. More

I let him know this was the first car on our long test drive list, he said he understood. I contacted him 3 months later to make a deal and it was an easy and pleasant process. I hope this type of service to customers continues in the future. More
