I've been driving my VW Jetta VR6 with a manual transmission since 2000. I LOVE IT! And it's been time for a new car for awhile now, but I couldn't find a late model VW with the same heft and mus transmission since 2000. I LOVE IT! And it's been time for a new car for awhile now, but I couldn't find a late model VW with the same heft and muscle of my Jetta. Jackie understood right away what was missing for me and suggested I test drive a CC. And presto, there I had it: a late model VW with the heft and muscle I craved, and better gas mileage. I was so impressed with Jackie's passion and knowledge, and the level of customer care both she and Joe extended me during the purchase process. I wouldn't hesitate for one minute about recommending Princeton VW; the folks there turned an onerous experience into a delight! More

Tarissa was TERRIFIC!!! I called about the car (from Maryland) and came up to see it on a Friday. She took me for a test drive and we quickly negotiated a price. I then left the car at the dealer for a couple of weeks until my daughters came to pick it up. In the time between purchase and pickup, Tarissa was very responsive and even offered (and did) pick my daughters at the train station when they came to pick up the car. She knew I was apprehensive about my daughters getting picked up by a stranger, but she kept me and my daughters totally in the loop through email and text messages. She even got my temporary tag before my daughters arrived so that I could set them up on Ezpass for the drive back to Maryland. Buying a car (and especially a used car) can be an terrible, draining experience, but it wasn't at Princeton VW. The loan guy got me out the door quickly, but mostly it was Tarissa who was the catalyst for getting the general manager to agree on a price with me, to get the loan papers through quickly, and to make buying a car a totally pleasant and enjoyable experience. My daughters picked up the car today and are totally thrilled! We got a great car at a great price. And there's nothing more fun to drive than a VW Golf. Thank you so much Tarissa! The experience of purchasing my car at Princeton Volkswagen was unlike any other dealership i have dealt with. I have call Princeton Audi service three times in the last week. Each time I have had to leave a message with a person as Service was unavailable to speak when I called. I specifically enjoyed the fact that unlike other dealerships I have encountered, This dealership (and specifically Tarissa and Abe) did not make me feel pressured to buy/lease etc. and left me a lot of room to breath and come to my own conclusions regarding which car I eventually chose, as well as the possible financing opportunities on said car, they were also very professional in dealing with my reservations relating to various specifications of the cars I was considering.
