This has been the best car dealership we have ever worked with. We received a very friendly and warm response from Nikki and went to the dealership. She is a breath of fresh air! We purchased the car the next day once we made our decision on what car we were going to buy, as we knew we were not going anywhere else. We picked up the car that night after chatting with Nikki ( who followed up with me on her day off) and then Jonathon went over every detail of the car. We love the car and this dealership! More

Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework on my first lease and I ended up at a Volkswagen dealer closer to home. I'll have to admit I originally thought I was at the receiving end of a good deal and fr lease and I ended up at a Volkswagen dealer closer to home. I'll have to admit I originally thought I was at the receiving end of a good deal and friendly customer service so naturally when my lease was up I ended up going back to the same dealership but this time it didn't go so smoothly. Chalk it up to maybe me just having 39 more months of life/consumer experience but from the second I walked back in I didn't feel that comfort level and rather than making me feel at home, I was treated as if they thought my sale was a forgone conclusion. Later that night I found out about DealerRater and the very next day there I was at Princeton Volkswagen meeting Jordan Johnson. I never would have imagined what a huge difference there could be between one VW dealer and the next. Jordan had an answer for every question and we were on the same page from the start. I came in with a few cars in mind and within no time Jordan helped me narrow down the selection to the perfect car. Not only was the overall experience amazing but the price was even better. More
