Audi Princeton

In 2003 I purchased a Volkswagen New Beetle Convertible from Princeton VW. It was a very good experience. As the years went by, I purchased another vehicle waiting for the time when again the Volkswa from Princeton VW. It was a very good experience. As the years went by, I purchased another vehicle waiting for the time when again the Volkswagen New Beetle Convertible would become available. The time came in January 2013, when my daughter brought me the information that she had heard from Princeton VW that the New Beetle Convertibles were coming out. Unfortunately, at the time I was in rehab recovering from a November 2012 accident when I was struck in the crosswalk in downtown Princeton. I promised my daughter that when I was able to drive, I would follow up with Jacqueline Savastano at the dealership. Approximately two weeks ago, I was given the o.k. to drive. I telephone Ms. Savastano and made an appointment for a test drive. That was my first encounter with Ms. Savastano. It was a what I hope will be the beginning of a great association. I thought I'd better claim my place in the line of folks waiting to congratulate Ms. Savastano on a job well done. She was courteous, professional, and had great energy from the beginning. She did an excellent job providing information and answering my many questions about the car, service, dealership, and taking our information accurately. Ms. Savastano was not pushy but offered if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. She was sharp to point out the instrument board and was great making comparison from earlier models to the present edition. The test drive was the perfect amount of time for me to decide to purchase a Turbo model. She has great skills to look at the customer and respond to the customer's body language. She was hospitable offering coffee, water, or anything else we needed to be sure we were comfortable. We decided on purchasing two New Beetle Convertibles a 2.5L for Kathryn and a Turbo for me. In the week that followed Ms. Savastano was very good about following up with me about the status of our cars arriving at the dealership. The 2.5L came into the dealership quickly. I originally wanted red but learned that it would take some time for the red Turbo to come in. So that my daughter didn't have to wait - because we decided to pick up the vehicles together - I settled on a dark grey color. A few days after Kathryn's white vehicle came in, Ms. Savastano called to tell me that a red Turbo was now on the lot. I changed my order to the red, which was what I originally wanted. If it wasn't for her dedication wanting to please the customer, listening attentively to what I originally stated about a red car, and her tenacity to keep on top of the order, I would have missed out on getting the red Turbo. We closed this week. Ms. Savastano followed up with questions and information on my insurance, registration, and other paperwork so that when we arrived at the dealership, there was little waste of time. She was proactive throughout the process. And, as I stated earlier, she was courteous, professional, and arranged to bring the vehicles into the bay so that we were not out in the snow/sleet going over the vehicles before we pulled away. I enjoyed working with Ms. Savastano. You have a winner, and I look forward to many more years of continuing my relationship with Princeton VW as a result. More
