Jon was a great salesman! He answered all my questions in regard to my 2013 Jetta SEL with NAV. Jon went over and beyond to show me all the features and capabilities that the car had. He even took the car in regard to my 2013 Jetta SEL with NAV. Jon went over and beyond to show me all the features and capabilities that the car had. He even took the car into the service shop so that I could get a better look at the color to make sure I liked it. I went to Princeton VW with the intention of them finding me my car in the color that I wanted. Princeton ended up having the SEL W/ NAV although not the color I wanted but when I saw the car as Jon pulled it out of a tight spot I fell in love with it! Everyone was very friendly when I entered the dealership and didn't judge me based off how young I looked. I had originally gone to hamilton VW with the intent to purchase on the day of my appointment and when i arrived they informed me the car was sold the night prior. The only compliant which I can't really say its a complaint, but the paper work took a while to do. All in all, I am very satisfied with the way that I was treated and the willingness the team was to work with me in order for me to walk out happy. I would definitely recommend Princeton and will be purchasing my next VW from them in the future! More
