I had a great buying experience at Printeon Audi. A good deal of time was spent by the Steve during my visits, 2 of which were lengthy, as I wanted to know as much about the A4 and the options/packages avai deal of time was spent by the Steve during my visits, 2 of which were lengthy, as I wanted to know as much about the A4 and the options/packages available. I also took the car for test drives on 2 occasions, which was helpful in my decision making proces. I was deciding between the A4 and the BMW 328. My experience at princeton Audi was so far superior to that at BMW in Bridgewater, that it became a factor in which car I chose. What was most helpful was getting a printout of the exact car with the options and packages I wanted. By seeing all the costs, I knew what the car was going to cost me. Overall, just a very pleasant buying experience. My only criticism is that the dealership needs more parking. More

I am from South Jersey and, after an exhaustive analysis of the X5, Pathfinder, MDX, and Q5, I decided on the Q5. I reached an agreement on a net price with Cherry Hill Audi. I left a good faith deposit wit of the X5, Pathfinder, MDX, and Q5, I decided on the Q5. I reached an agreement on a net price with Cherry Hill Audi. I left a good faith deposit with the dealership in December. Once the deal was agreed to and deposit left, I rarely heard from the salesman and only after I left multiple messages. It was an exasperating experience and I grew very frustrated. Finally, I called Princeton Audi twice; the first time I left a message with the receptionist but never heard from a salesman, but a few days later I tried again. This time I was connected to Jeff York and told him of my experience with Cherry Hill Audi. He invited me up to the dealership and would evaluate the car I was trading in and see if they could match the deal that I struck w/ Cherry Hill. Although the net cost of the Q5 turned out to be $400 higher than what I agreed to with Cherry Hill, the care and responsiveness of the Princeton Auto team won me over and I signed a purchase contract. The car that Cherry Hill couldn't find for over a month, was found by Princeton within 4 days and delivered to me in beautiful condition within 5 days of our first meeting and agreement. The delivery process was smooth and extremely thorough. I might still be there having Jeff describe all the amazing features of the 2013 Q5 if I didn't have to leave for a meeting. Jeff introduced me to the Finance Manager, the Service Manager, and the General Manager of the dealership on Day 1 and when I returned to pick up my car. I am so impressed with their professionalism and focus on making the car buying experience painless. I plan on being a customer for a long time! More
It was a great experience. As soon as I made a decision on the model of Q5 I wanted, Jeff York followed up with me answering and assisting with any questions or concerns I had. He set up an appointment with me at the dealership to close the sale for a date and time convenient to me. He showed me all the features in my new Q5 and waited late in the evening till all the finance paperwork was completed to hand me the keys to my Q5 on the way out.
