I have purchased many vehicles over the years at numerous dealerships but my experience dealing with john Ivarone at Princeton Volkswagen was probably the best. I told John that I was looking for a VW Jetta dealerships but my experience dealing with john Ivarone at Princeton Volkswagen was probably the best. I told John that I was looking for a VW Jetta for my daughter who was not with me at the time. So he took me on a test drive to explain all of the great features installed in the vehicle. On the day I arrived with my daughter to pick up the car John insisted on taking my daughter for a test drive to make sure she was comfortable with how the car operated and to answer any questions she may have. Needless to say she was very happy and comfortable, which in turn made me feel the same way. My overall experience with John Ivarone was nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! More

From the moment I walked into Princeton Volkswagon, I knew I was in the best hands possible. When I first called, I was so pleased with the customer service. I first spoke to Matt, and he was nothing but knew I was in the best hands possible. When I first called, I was so pleased with the customer service. I was in a HUGE crunch to find a car, and he reassured me that I was going to walk away with the car I really wanted. I felt so depleted after leaving other dealerships. I dealt with the nastiest, most disheartening dealers EVER. I wanted to give up on buying a car. Being a recent college graduate, trying to buy my first car seemed next to impossible. But not at Volkswagon! They worked with me and I can't thank them enough. I really want to mention how AMAZING Jackie was. I am so glad that Jackie was the one to help me. She was prompt with every call and email, she was positive, happy, and so funny! Since this was my first time buying a car, She helped me get into the program for college graduates. She was super informative, and knew her stuff front to back about Volkswagon! She helped me with my car insurance as well! I didn't have to really do any work, Jackie really did it all for me. I was so pleased with Jackie, I even brought her her favorite vegan cookies! Alex was also super helpful and Volkswagon. He helped me with my finances and got me such a GREAT deal on my new car. He explained everything in detail and I felt really comfortable and understood what I was getting into %100. I love my car so much and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my next car!
