Guy Lyons was my sales specialist and I had a great experience buying my first audi with him. My first visit to the dealership was late in the evening. As other specialist are packing up for the day experience buying my first audi with him. My first visit to the dealership was late in the evening. As other specialist are packing up for the day at other dealers, Guy was open to taking the time to expalin the features of the car to me with patience. He stated "the more you know about the car, the better decision you will be able to make" He took the time to explain things not knowing my interest level at all but paid specail attention and taught me what a buyer needed to know in order to feel confident in making the choice to Audi over others. He sold with respect, patience and partnered with me on my decision. It was a great experience with Guy and I would recommend others to come in and purchase a car from him. More

Upon getting to the dealership, I was introduced to Jeff York. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy, very knowledgable, and easy going. He showed me all the features of the car, and showed me several other models in the back. He was very mindful of my time, and worked with me each step of the way. Upon delivery of the car, he made sure the car was perfect. Carl was also very helpful in deciding the wheel and tire protection and audi care. He had some great insight on the car, as he drove an S4 himself. Overall, I would say this is the very best dealership experience I have ever had. I have owned a total of 18 cars in my lifetime, 8 of them buying brand new cars. I will be back at this dealership in the future. More

I had a great experience purchasing my new A5 from Princeton Audi. The dealership is great and Lou Ann is by far the most pleasant sales person I have have ever dealt with. My experience at the dealership was excellent. Much better than the one in Newton, NJ in which the salesman was suspicious when I shifted interest from a Voltswagen C Four Motion to an Audi A6 and trea better than the one in Newton, NJ in which the salesman was suspicious when I shifted interest from a Voltswagen C Four Motion to an Audi A6 and treated me as though I probably could not afford it. I subsequently bought a Chrysler 300 Limited instead. In the process, I did stop by the Princeton dealer and was introduced to the Audi A4 which I had never considered because of its small size. However, with the big Chrylser, the Audi A4 as a second car became a possibility. Dave Thomas was an excellent salesman; I now have two new cars purchased within a six week period. Carl Aloi was a good at his job as a the Business Manager. I got what I consider to be a reasonable deal without a lot of hassle and game playing. I do not have the time or inclination to fight to obtain small increments off the price. Although I suspect that, if I had negotiated harder, I could have obtained a marginally lower price, it is not worth my time in the long run. The price therefore was fine and I did not begrudge a tiny additional profit margin. My rating of 4 is only to say that one can always wish for a lower price.
