This is my 4th Car from Chris - I enjoy dealing with him as he provides the information I need to make a decision in a prompt and clear manner. However, I do not like a review section that must be complete as he provides the information I need to make a decision in a prompt and clear manner. However, I do not like a review section that must be completed and has parameters around the minimum number of words - the customer should decide how much of a review they wish to write, not the system! Perhaps whoever manages this system should take some lessons from Chris in Sales and Ray in service!!
