They did not apply any pressure for me to make a decision on the spot. They made every attempt to answer all the questions I had regarding the vehicles features and capabilities. The dealership's service department personnel were very accomodating in answering my question of the cost to service the vehicle based on current costs for 120,000 miles. This was very important because the vehicle has a diesel engine and it's service requirements differ from gasoline powered vehicles. More
