Upon my arrival, without waiting, Mr. Luna immediately assisted me with checking the car in for the service. When the car was ready within the time as promised, he called and arranged for the transportation from my office to the dealership. He delivered the car as promised serviced and washed to my complete satisfaction. During the entire interaction he was knowledgeable regarding the subject matter, helpful, professional and courteous.
