my VW Arteon. I ended up trading it in for my S5. I was so relieved when I walked in for my service to see James! I make sure I wait in line for him

Knowing he is handling my car, I know he will go above and beyond for me and will keep me updated every step of the way, which is so appreciated. My car always comes back running perfect and clean. James is so funny, he even gives my duck valve caps a good cleaning. Thank you!!!!

I want to thank Mr. James Rocha from the Services Department for always checking up on us and giving us timely updates. Even though I waited longer than expected for my car to get services due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't bothered at all just because of the amount of attention and accommodations James provided us. Overall, I always feel welcome at Walter's Audi and will continue to keep coming back for sure!
