I think, like many people, when I walk into a dealership to buy a new car there is a certain level of anxiety. In my experience, the stereotype of a car salesperson for being pushy and playing games is lar to buy a new car there is a certain level of anxiety. In my experience, the stereotype of a car salesperson for being pushy and playing games is largely deserved. That was not at all the case with my recent experience at Rockville Audi. I walked in off the street and was greeted by Mrs. Dominique D'Anna. Mrs. D'Anna was friendly and knowledgeable. As would be expected, she spoke very highly of Audi but also gave appropriate (in my opinion) props to the competition. When it came down to price, she beat the competition without doing the "ask the manager" dance. The closing/finance process was also notable. I was offered the typical extras but I wasn't pressured and wasn't made to feel foolish for declining them. My post sale experience was also really good. The sales manager took care of an issue that he could have declined responsibility for but instead handled the issue professionally and on my timetable. Having just had my 5k miles service, I can also report that the service process was smooth, fast and professional. More
