My salesperson, Nick, was extremely helpful and attentive in guiding me through my first vehicle purchase. He was able to explain to me the ins and outs of my specific vehicle and was very patient while answering all my questions. The price of the vehicle was a little bit more than I had intended to pay, so he went out of his way to work with the financing department to ensure I was within my means. I walked away a very satisfied customer and would, without a doubt, recommend this dealership to others. More

I decided late 2012 to buy a new car and shopped around between Audi, BMW, and Mercedes. I decided on an Audi and emailed multiple Audi dealerships to see if they had the model I wanted and to get pricing. between Audi, BMW, and Mercedes. The other dealerships took days if they responded at all. After visiting three dealerships Rockville Audi was the only dealership who was responsive, they gave the best deal and were very helpful arranging payments etc. The internet contact introduced me to Nicholas who proceeded to not only be very helpful but was also an Audi enthusiast. Needless to say it was a great experience and would recommend others to give Rockville Audi and Nicholas a try. More

Absolutely worse customer service I've ever encountered. I had to wait 20-30 mins just to talk to someone. After we made an offer, the sales manager Peter Bearsch came out of his office and started a long & boring episode of sarcasm and series of insulting comments, which was enough for me to walk out of there instead of raising my offer. I am not sure exactly why this guy got mad, I was only trying to push my luck and get the car for a bit less than what they listed. While I was getting ready to leave, he also offered me that I should look at a car from 2001 :) wow Mr. Genius; Thank you for your suggestion, but I believe I can buy a much better car than 2001 model for $23K. The service department at Rockville Audi is horrible!!! I constantly had to call to check the status of when service would be completed. Never once did I receive a call back. Significant time was wasted dealing with this dealership. I even escalated my concerns to Quinn Burroughs who is the "Service Director"... what an arrogant piece of work he is to condone the behavior of customer neglect of his department!! More
