We have had good experiences with purchases at Audi of Rockville, but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the service department. In the past the service dept has been very difficult to reach by Rockville, but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the service department. In the past the service dept has been very difficult to reach by phone, so this time I tried scheduling online. Set up an appt for 10:30 for a simple oils change and tire rotation, indicating clearly that I would be waiting on site while the service was done. Showed up on time only to be told there would be a 4 hour wait. There does not seem to be any communication between the scheduling system and the team actually doing the service work. What’s the point of even having a schedule if it is not related to when they can actually provide the service? Not the first time, and as a customer who has purchased cars from them before and the owner of 2 Audis (and 4 others in the past) I expect better service. Former employees have told us they routinely over schedule the service dept, creating a real problem for the service techs and customers. That’s a working definition of poor management. My advice? They do a decent job at sales, but take your car elsewhere for service. I know I will be. More
We have had a terrible experience at the service department at Audi Rockville. We have been having the same issue since February of 2024 after a CV boot replacement. After several attempts to diagnose an issue that is easily found by a simple google search, our problem. continues and most recently our last 7 emails have gone unanswered If we could give the service department zero stars, we would! I deeply regret taking my vehicle there, as it only made the overall experience much more unpleasant and disappointing. Whenever I shared my experience with others, they were shocked at the level of poor service I received at Audi Rockville. I’ve visited many different dealerships before, even for non-luxury vehicles, and the service has always been much better. This experience was simply unbelievable and beyond disappointing. More
Prior to my arrival for the appointment, the service department let me know how long the installation would take. Instead of waiting hours at the dealership, they offered alternative transportation to department let me know how long the installation would take. I generally receive good service at Rockville Audi. The service agents are kind, responsive and knowledgeable. I’ve had Porsche, Benz, BMW, Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, in addition to my Etron GT. Without a doubt, the service team at Audi Rockville is the absolute worst. No one there seems to have a clue wh vehicles, in addition to my Etron GT. Without a doubt, the service team at Audi Rockville is the absolute worst. No one there seems to have a clue what they are doing. They promise things and don’t deliver. When I call to find out status, no one knows a thing. I’m left on hold for 15 minutes until I eventually hang up and call back. And this goes all the way to the top including the device manager and the GM of the dealership. I’m taking my Audi all the way to Chantilly versus ever having it touched by anyone at Audi Rockville ever again. If I could give negative stars, I would. Only time anyone in service seemed like they cared was when they suggested I buy 3 new tires and not just the one I needed. More
When they call you and ask you to lie you know they stink. Yes, Rockville Audi on more than one occasion asked me to lie in a review. For four days they lost my 2020 Q5 and could not get one person to answer my call or call me back. Then after this horrible service oh yes horrible they had put 12 weights on a tire to balance it wth? They call me and ask why I have not given them a good review online. I explained that the service person they wanted me to review was not the person that had my car. Just at a base level, I would not review someone who I never even talked to. They still wanted me to review them. Emails and texts and phone calls. This was the last straw. Since 2017 we had Audi's never again. This particular dealer's service department is awful. No one ever answers the phone in service they do awful work car always had to go in a second time after any recall repairs. The service manager is the problem. Erin had to cover for him so many times. Steven one of the service guys also great. Not either one of their faults, mechanics stunk and management awful. Car returned Audi never ever again. More

These folks were very helpful when I was in the process of leasing my car but I am highly disappointed at their customer service. Last night my car was broken into....my windshield smashed and my wallet st of leasing my car but I am highly disappointed at their customer service. Last night my car was broken into....my windshield smashed and my wallet stolen. I filed a police report and drove the car straight to the dealership because I wanted it to be somewhere safe...they turned me away and told me there way nothing hey could do because the car was a "liability" for them to keep...even though I had the police report and victim report from the Maryland State Park Police. Fast forward to this morning...I called to make an appointment to bring the car in....they seemed perplexed that I had been turned away the evening before and we agreed I would bring the car in to fix the window and also address an open recall issue. Then....I get a call back saying that since I am going through my insurance for the window...i should go through insurance to get a loaner car???? Ummmmm...hello....there is an open recall on the car and I have just been the victim of a serious crime. For once....please think about customers as people and not just the bottom line. I was truly hurt and disappointed. The service manger Steve finally agreed to give me a loaner car but not without a lot of back and forth and being put on hold. I am never going to this dealership again and will be making complaints as far up the chain as possible. So disappointed. More
