I once again purchased a Audi from Maria, who is one of the best car salespersons I have dealt with, but I was disappointed in the time it took to complete the deal. After agreeing upon a price with Maria and completing the paper work with her - we waited an hour to see the finance manager, even though a glance at the finance team showed many of the staff idle. Once the finance manager stepped it in took another 45 minutes to complete the deal. Once done, we waited another 15 minutes for the vehicle to appear - even though it was sent off for a full tank of gas and a cleaning almost two hours earlier. So we ended up with a car we love, a mutually beneficial deal between us and Audi, but we missed an important social event. More

I think the car was on the lot a week or two. They don't keep cars long! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the finance step of the purchase. They really did the hard sell on the extended warranty and financing through the audi and it was pretty uncomfortable. I knew the "additional selling" was coming I just wasn't prepared for it. Also a N/C (no charge) item already included on the car we bought, Phantom Footprint, was offered as an optional add on for $200-300. I am glad I looked over the papers and noticed the duplication they were trying to charge me again for! More
