We cannot say enough about Mr. Max, he is a man of honor and integrity. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentlemen to boot, but a true professional. I did a Wash/Baltimore area search on cars in stock and the pros & cons of certified vs. not certified so when I saw my car listed, I thought it was a fair price. I then did a quick online review of the dealership (I didn't want an adversarial experience) and saw that Maria Cokinos had good reviews. Basically, I made to deal over the phone, I showed up three hours later on Dec. 23rd and I drove off with my 'new car.' The words I will use to describe the experience are: fair, respectful, a win-win. I really do love driving the car, buying it was a positive experience and I appreciate Maria's follow-up to make sure I'm comfortable with the car. I recommend Rockville Audi, no hard sale from the finance manager, Maria was great and I'd bet the others on the sales team are real pros too. More

This was the third Audi dealership we visited and by far the easiest and friendliest to work with. Not only did Maria and her team accept our first offer on the 2017 Audi Q3, they sweetened the deal by offering a very favorable maintenance program. Marie is very dedicated to her craft as she worked hard to connect with me after I initially contacted the dealership. The Q3 was ready as promised for us to see when we arrived. When it came time to deal, all apprehension evaporated as Maria accepted our offer and worked quickly to get through finance and delivery. We were very happy with the explanation of a lease versus purchase and leased for the first time too! Maria was scheduled to leave at 5 but stayed on to get us out the door quickly in the new Q3. As a person who has purchased over 50 cars, this was by far one of the easiest and most fun transactions. More

Terrible The service I received from the Service Department at Rockville Audi was dishonest and manipulative. I would not recommend them. There was a factor The service I received from the Service Department at Rockville Audi was dishonest and manipulative. I would not recommend them. There was a factory recall on parts in my car, and I scheduled a time to have it taken care of. Somebody else dropped the car off for me. The service center lost track of what work was supposed to be done, but rather than call me to ask, they proceeded to assume that I wanted routine service. The person dropping off the car signed off on getting "service", understanding that phrase to mean what I had discussed with the Service Department when I scheduled the visit. They then called to see if I would like an additional $5000 worth of services I didn't ask for. I ended up getting charged around $700 for a bunch of useless maintenance (the car had routine service completed 2 weeks before) and was refused a refund. None of the work that I actually requested was completed, so in the best case scenario I'm out $700 and without access to my car for 2 days, all for the sake of taking care of a problem caused by the manufacturer. Terrible experience. More

Although I purchased my 2015 A6 here and still considered the dealership top notch, I conta I love the transparent and open process at Rockville Audi. Although I purchased my 2015 A6 here and still considered the dealership top notch, I contacted and researched Audi Q7's at all the Audi dealerships in Maryland and Northern Virginia. Most of the interactions were typical scenarios involving confusion, miscommunication and in some cases even the attitude of "you should consider yourself lucky to be able to buy a Q7 from us".. Every interaction with Rockville Audi (including internet Sales Manager Andres) was just straightforward, direct yet polite. It reaffirmed my belief that with a limited amount of time to secure our new purchase, I should focus on Rockville Audi. I scheduled an appointment with Andres for two days in the future - in that time I received friendly email reminder of my appointment and nothing more (no high pressure sales tactics - greatly appreciated). I arrived early for my appointment and I was quickly greeted by Maria Cokinos who offered to help me locate a suitable Q7. She quickly identified a few options and then located a specific vehicle we had identified online and with Andres that fit our needs. There were a few issues with the vehicle but both Maria and Larry Sevrin the GM were very upfront about them and were willing to discuss and work out a fair an equitable deal. Maria also did a great job of helping me quickly identify potential options I was interested in and again I liked the fact that she involved me in every step of the process rather than just leave me in room wondering.. The staff in parts in service were quick and provided details needed for me to make an informed decision on options. Once we had agreed on the final details of the sale I worked with Neil Xing in finance to finalize optional protections and to evaluate financing options - all proceeded very quickly and Neil showed me the various options and offers. Again, no pressure from Neil jut a full explanation of my options and why they might be a good fit based on my circumstances. I chose a few of the optional coverages and warranties - partly because I wanted them and partly because I didn't feel turned off by my interactions with both Sales and Finance. We had conversations instead of negotiations which helped me better feel comfortable in making decisions. Thank you again tot he entire team at Rockville Audi and especially Maria, Larry and Neil.
