This time I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Downing. I walked into the dealer without an appointment, asked to test drive a Q3, and Brandon was able to quickly locate a car and get me on the road. During my test drive, he was able to explain features when asked, but generally allowed me to really get a feel for the car without overselling. He was professional and respectful. During the sales process, Brandon facilitated all aspects and walked me through every step. Brandon is also a man of his word. On three instances I made requests that he had to follow-up on. Each and every time, he contacted me the next day with useful information or notification that the request was complete. Brandon truly made the entire process easy and I cannot recommend him more. I also got to work with Brian Kim again and he was able to get me the right car at the right price. He presented financing and leasing options that fit my budget. The management team at Rockville Audi is excellent. If you are looking for a great purchasing/leasing experience, give them a try. More

I was introduced to Tristan Arey who didn't make me feel rushed, took his time to understand my needs and find me something that wasn't even listed yet. I had to wait a week for my car to arrive and pass inspection, etc. Tristan kept in touch through-out the week, providing updates and making sure all of my paperwork was lined up and ready for a streamline process when I returned. It wasn't your typical car buying experience which I expected, It was much greater and personal, with the managers checking in, the guy in finance was amazing at explaining everything. I went in solo, female purchaser and felt like my brother sold me a car. Highly recommend this guy! More

Easy process - upfront sales. No games or gimmicks Very straightforward process. I arrived without a previous appointment but having received a price quote from dealership online for a 2015 Audi A6. Wh Very straightforward process. I arrived without a previous appointment but having received a price quote from dealership online for a 2015 Audi A6. When I arrived I was introduced to Christian Seymour, my Sales Rep. I quickly explained to Christian my interest in a particular vehicle and he spent a few moments verifying it was still available and ready for test driving. Provided my license and in less than 10 minutes the A6 was brought around. Christina quickly began introducing to the features and functions of the vehicle while we drove. He definitely didn't come off pushy and wasn't to intrusive into my experience of actually driving the vehicle. When we arrived back at the dealership he quickly pulled all the paperwork and verified the price and mileage as originally quoted to me online. We are able to reach an agreement on price (including getting manager approvals) within 45 minutes of my arrival. Although the dealership was packed and it did take 3+ hours to actually conclude the deal the staff took very good care of me (dealership is beautiful and has fresh ground coffee and snacks available at no charge) and kept apologizing for the wait for finance. Finance (Sean Hong) was also very straightforward and non-pushy asking questions very delicately but in order to see about helping me with my current financing. In the end the located financing that significantly beat my Credit Union/Bank rates and met my needs. All in all a very pleasant experience and a dealership and staff I would highly recommend for those interested in purchasing a new or used Audi. More
