Fabulous Car Buying Experience! I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Max and Nick Rotruck at Rockville Audi. I was a bit apprehensive about the whole car buying process a I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Max and Nick Rotruck at Rockville Audi. I was a bit apprehensive about the whole car buying process as I had never purchased my own car before. Prior to my dad passing away, I always had him to help me with these kinds of things. Luckily I had Alex and Nick to guide me through the process. Both gentlemen were incredibly helpful and I felt like they had my best interests at heart. Alex really listened to me and understood what my wants and needs were in a new car. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and the time he took to go over all of the different features with me. Nick was the business manager for my transaction and he made it so simple and easy. He walked me through each step and answered all of my questions. They were both very patient and stayed almost two hours after closing to make sure I was able to take home my new car that evening. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a more positive or memorable car buying experience. I love my new 2016 Audi A3 and would highly recommend Alex and Nick to any of my friends or family. More

He then introduced me to his Sales Associate, Maria Cokinos. I was very impressed with Maria as she was very professional and she was able to find the vehicle for my needs. As I test drove the Audi A4 quattro, she explained this vehicle, inside and out. I was very nervous about buying a vehicle without my husband being present but through the process, I felt confident and very satisfied with my purchase. Many great Experiences. My Family has been purchasing Audi's from Rockville Audi(and Porsche) since December 2012. Personally I have had 4 Audis in the time with the rest of My Family has been purchasing Audi's from Rockville Audi(and Porsche) since December 2012. Personally I have had 4 Audis in the time with the rest of my Family purchasing another Bakers Dozen. (our family likes change) On every occasion, we have just walked in on short notice when we see something on their website and we want to Test Drive. Alex Max has always been the Go-to Guy. I actually consider him a friend at this point. He and I have developed a Candid relationship, to the point where he knows what I would like and what I wouldn't like. He and his colleagues have seldomly led me down a path I would regret, as a car purchase is one of the biggest decisions. Always checking in to make sure that all is good. Whenever an issue occurs and I show up to the service department, I am always treated with respect and made sure that whatever problem that its dealt with. That is rare in the car biz. (from experience). On one of my car purchases I was in and out (Test Drive, Trade, and Finance) within about the time it takes to see a short movie. Which is pretty impressive because Ive never gone in there and it not be busy. Stand up guys, obviously there is the Car Dealership Bullsnit but they know the product and if you know what you should pay walking in, then its a great, and almost fun experience. Alex Max makes life easier and he is a joy to work with. More
