Apparently it is not a simple calibration which was explained to me very nicely . I was from out of town so had a 2.5 hour drive to come back . They were lovely and accommodated my request . I asked for my car to be delivered to my town which is 20 minutes away and they said NO. Wrong answer and missed opportunity to dazzle the customer. At the very least they could have said, sorry, but we could meet you halfway. 2. When you pick up your car, you want it to be totally 100% spotless. Now in Utah with the dust and summer rain that can be hard. My car had definitely been washed - but there were spots where you could clearly see dust that had been washed, but not removed. A quick spot check before I arrived would have caught this. Instead, I was dusting my own car before I left the lot. More
