I feel like I hav My experience with the SanDiego Audi Service Department, specifically Horacio "Nacho" Mireles, has been nothing short of excellent. I feel like I have my own personal service consultant with Nacho, as I communicate directly with him, he greets me when I arrive at the Service Department, he explains everything being done to my car, and keeps me apprised of the status of my car, during the time my car is in service. Nacho is a very professional and knowledgeable young man, as well as kind and enjoyable to deal with. The gentleman that works on my car, Binnan (sp?) is incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciated meeting him and knowing the person working on my car. This past service, I was absolutely blown away to receive a text from Binnan with a video telling me the tasks he had performed on my car and alerting me to a nail in one of my tires! This was what I call A+++ service! I've never received the level of service on a car that I'm receiving at San Diego Aud1! I couldn't be happier! I love my car and plan to keep it for many years and will continue to do business with San Diego Audi Service Department! More

We contacted him a few hours after we left, and decided to come back to purchase a Q8, which wasn't in the lot. He picked up the car from another location, and had it cleaned up for us that night. He stayed a few hours late writing up the contract. We appreciated his time and effort in working with us! The only negative feedback is that the car's windshield wiper fluid wasn't filled up, so we kept getting an error message to that effect. We brought the car back to get a tutorial on the tech system from Alex (which was incredibly informative) and he took care of the wiper fluid at that time. He was one of the main reasons we purchased the car from Audi! More
