Even first thing in the morning you can hardly pull into the driveway for all the cars there, there is no organized method of taking customers in order, I never even see the service person my appt was scheduled with, the phone just rings and rings and rings when you try to call the service dept (it took me 3 days to even schedule my appt by the time I finally reached a live person!) and it took me 40 minutes to pay for and receive my car after the work was completed. I will be looking for a new service center. More

Beware!!!! Beware when buying a "Certified" car from this dealership! I recently bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" SQ5 from this dealership only to have it in for Beware when buying a "Certified" car from this dealership! I recently bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" SQ5 from this dealership only to have it in for service twice and have to spend over $2,000 on brakes after around 1000 miles of driving it... I took a hard look at the paperwork and it appears that the Certified Audi Technician seems to have exaggerated (LIED!) on the paperwork... As an example, the portion on the breaks show the brake pads "all" at 7mm which is impossible as front and rear wear different. When I took it to a different Audi dealer, they measured them in front of me and in fact they were; Front 5mm and Rear 2mm!!! This is all in around 1000 miles. In fact, the new dealership did not want me to drive off with it for safety reasons. On top of this, it is the same situation with the rotors; Certification says 23mm and actually 20.5mm. I did call the selling dealer and was actually accused of taking it to the track and tearing it up??? Is there even a track in So Cal? I was appalled by the response and had to file a claim with Audi N America and that is getting me nowhere! It feels like they did not want the cost of new breaks to certify it so they lied... Makes me wonder what else I am going to find? This is my first Audi and I am rethinking the entire brand... More

Courteous and efficient. The service team is very friendly and efficient. They explain the service in detail and keep you up to-date while they have the car. In my opinion, The service team is very friendly and efficient. They explain the service in detail and keep you up to-date while they have the car. In my opinion, they go by the maintenance book, recommending only what's needed to keep the car is great operating condition, and nothing more. The sales team, likewise, is very friendly, professional and passionate about the Audi product and automobiles in general. My sales rep, Anthony Picozzi, is a car guy, He is beyond professional and courteous in the way he treats you, and is super-knowledgable about the Audi products. I find myself dropping in on him on occasion just to talk cars! More

They had my car for 3 days just for annual service. My car was still filthy when I got it back. I have never had a good experience even the day we purchased the car it took 6 hours to even get it. By luck, I just happened to be driving by the Audi deal My 2018 Q5 with 22,000 miles suddenly started overheating while I was driving home from work. By luck, I just happened to be driving by the Audi dealership. I had recently had my car serviced, with Damien as the service rep. I went up to his desk, and he took charge of the problem. He got me a loaner vehicle, and the car was fixed within two days. He was very professional, competent, and friendly. I did not have to do anything other than drive off in the loaner, and drive back with the loaner. It was a pleasure to have him as my service rep. More
