All good - service personal are great. Having the service performed was very smooth and the personnel are great. My only issue with switching from Audi Escondido is getting a loaner car. Note that I haven't had an issue, but loaners aren't guaranteed at Audi San Diego. They are provided on a first come basis, which can be a little unnerving. Also, they aren't handled by the service advisor, which results in waiting in a second queue. More

Great service, no hassle! Met with Don originally who went above and beyond to help us and was exceptional in his knowledge of the E-tron. He was not there when we returned for a second look, so Mario stepped in & did a fine job helping us come to an agreement. Dan Chappelle was thorough and made signing docs effortless. One other to mention is Patrick Murray. Patrick showed us the MMI and infotainment system which could have been very confusing. He was exceptional in his knowledge, his method of explaining it all and his overall knowledge of the vehicle. Audi San Diego handled the experience very well from beginning to end. More
